Pet Policy

Maximum of 3 pets per apartment. Dogs and Cats only. There is a one-time pet fee of $425 per pet due at move-in and monthly pet rent in the amount of $25 per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Please refer to Northland’s Restricted Breed List.

Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the apartment. Pet owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all pet waste. Health Department ordinance prohibits pets from being in the pool or inside of the pool fence. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. If at any time we believe your pet is bothersome, a nuisance or threat to others, we may require you to remove your pet from the community. The policy described above also applies to dogs belonging to occupants and guests who may be visiting the community or staying with you, even on a short-term or temporary basis. If allowed, fish tanks shall not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported.

The following is a list of all restricted dog breeds; the list applies to both purebred and mixed breeds. Management reserves the rights to deny any dog on the leased premises should the dog resemble any of the breeds on the list below. Management also reserves the right to ask an owner to remove any pet on the leased premises should it show aggression towards any staff member or resident, cause damage to the property or create a nuisance.
